TERMS, CONDITIONS & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By entering the Custom Bike Show you agree to abide by the judges’ decisions in relation to the Custom Bike Show, including right of entry into the show and which category a motorcycle will be included in. Details of categories are on this form and you will also need to sign a registration form on the day of the Custom Bike Show when your bike is assigned a category number. Final decisions on entry and category will be made on the basis of visible evidence on the day of the Custom Bike Show. No discussion or correspondence (pre, during or after the contest) will be considered by judges or alter judges’ final ranking decisions and all judges’ decisions are final.

By entering your motorcycle into the Custom Bike Show you understand and accept that it involves the risk of accidental damage to your motorcycle, your clothing, and/or valuables. You understand and explicitly agree that, except in the case of malicious or criminal intent, Harley-Davidson Europe Limited and its related companies, the Harley Owners Group^®, as well as the employees, officers and directors of these entities, accept no liability for loss of or damage to your motorcycle, your clothing and/or valuables howsoever that loss or damage may be caused. You understand this means you have no legal grounds for action against Harley-Davidson Europe Limited and its related companies, the Harley Owners Group, as well as the employees, officers and directors of these entities for any loss or damage to your motorcycle, clothing and/or valuables in connection with the Custom Bike Show.

 

*Due to the wide variety of tyre sizes available for motorcycles, a Metzeler representative will take note of winners’ contact details, tyre preference and size and will arrange for the correct set of tyres to be provided as soon as possible after the event.
